Summary: We like the place however our bathroom had mold it would be nice if they kept the room cleaner and the pool was not clean while we were there.The food was good and the bed was comfortable.

Summary: I’ve stayed at the Portales a few times over the years. The variety and quality of the included breakfast has declined greatly. However, the coffee is still delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Summary: Absolutely loved this hotel. I’m shocked it doesn’t have higher rating. We got the hotel with 2 bedrooms for a great price on Expedia. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The only thing that was bothering was the horrible water pressure.
